Powerlifting can seem daunting at first, but it is truly a sport where anyone can thrive.
"The Big 3" lifts are the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. When you combine your heaviest successful attempts together you are left with your total. unless you are in the top 10 competitive spots in your weight class, the goal is always to beat YOUR OWN personal record.
